The house features a cosy, well-furnished living room with a heat pump and direct access to a lovely terrace with garden furniture. From here, you can enjoy a small glimpse of the sea. The compact yet functional kitchen area provides all the essentials for a comfortable stay.

Sleeping accommodations include three inviting bedrooms: one with a double bed and two with single beds. The well-maintained bathroom offers a shower. On the natural plot, you will also find a delightful wooden shelter, free for guests to use – ideal for children and outdoor enthusiasts.

The property is situated on a beautiful nature plot, perfect for play, relaxation and outdoor activities.

The area around Øer is a popular holiday destination close to forest and beach. The beach is known for shallow water and sandy stretches, though some areas can be a mix of sand and stones. Mountain bike riders will enjoy the 13 km trail nearby, divided into various difficulty levels.

At the harbour, you will find several good restaurants, small speciality shops, and major attractions such as the Frigate Jylland and the Glass Museum. In the town centre, the Old Town Hall is a well-known venue for weddings. Ree Park is about 20 minutes away, while both the Kattegat Centre in Grenaa and Scandinavia’s largest amusement park, Djurs Sommerland, can be reached in roughly an hour.
