From here, you have access to a lovely, well-furnished conservatory, which opens onto a terrace with garden furniture. Adjacent to the living room is a small but functional kitchen and a nice dining area. The sleeping accommodation consists of two bedrooms with double beds. The bathroom is modern and includes a shower and underfloor heating. The house sits on a large plot with a lawn, perfect for play, ball games, and outdoor activities.

The area around Øer is a charming and popular holiday destination close to both forest and beach. The beach is known for its shallow water and sandy areas, although some parts are a mix of sand and stones. If you enjoy mountain biking, you’ll find a 13 km trail nearby with sections of varying difficulty. From the house, it’s about a 5-minute drive to Ebeltoft Harbour, home to the Glass Museum – one of the leading institutions for modern glass art. At the harbour, you’ll also find several good restaurants and the opportunity to buy freshly caught fish. A visit to the historic Frigate Jylland is highly recommended. Within an hour’s drive, you can reach Djurs Sommerland, the largest amusement park in Scandinavia, offering fun and excitement for all ages.
