Renovated and exceptionally well-appointed holiday apartment on 2 levels located in the scenic Øer Maritime Holiday Village, with a delightful view of the boat moorings from the east-facing wooden terrace and common area, as well as from the balcony and living room on the 1st floor. The house is equipped with garden furniture, sun loungers, a parasol, and a grill. Additionally, the house features a lovely, tiled courtyard by the entrance door to the west.

The dining area accommodates 5 people and is a step up to a beautiful, well-equipped kitchen with ceramic hobs, oven, refrigerator/freezer, and dishwasher. Charming living room on the 1st floor with a sofa and armchairs, and access to the balcony. The 5 sleeping places are distributed between 1 bedroom on the ground floor
and a room on the 1st floor with two single beds and a bunk bed above. Lovely, regular bathroom on the ground floor with a shower and underfloor heating. Access to the swimming pool is available for a fee, and there is also a sports hall. Boat moorings can be rented directly from Øer Maritime Holiday Village. Øer is located just a few kilometers south of Ebeltoft with its charming, cobblestone streets and good shopping opportunities. Øer Strand is characterized by shallow water, large sandbanks, and rich birdlife. There are excellent opportunities for fishing and water activities, and the entire area invites you to delightful cycling and hiking.

Øer Maritime Holiday Resort is located in a quiet and exceptionally picturesque area. There is access to a range of paid sports activities, including an indoor swimming pool, a multi-court for badminton, table tennis, and various ball games, as well as outdoor mini-golf, tennis, pétanque, beach volleyball, and football. Balls and rackets can be rented at the resort's shop. It is also possible to rent pedal boats, SUPs, canoes, or boat moorings by contacting the harbor master. For the little ones, there is a playground and a bouncy castle, and chess enthusiasts can enjoy a giant chess board next to the observation tower.
