Upon arrival, you'll be struck by the beautiful dune plot overlooking Ringkøbing Fjord, setting the holiday mood from the very first moment. Stunning views accompany you throughout your stay, from breakfast on the wind-sheltered east terrace to long summer evening barbecues on the partially covered south terrace. The scent of heather, the magnificent views, and the salt-laden air guarantee complete relaxation and rejuvenation. Bird enthusiasts will be delighted, as you can watch migratory birds soaring over the fjord from the house and sheltered terraces. Witnessing the gatherings of geese or starlings creates unforgettable memories.

Relaxation by the cosy wood-burning stove

Families with children will appreciate the proximity to Nordsø Camping, where little ones can burn off energy at the excellent playground and water park with slides. When it's time to recharge, return to the house, where nature is your only neighbour.

The holiday atmosphere continues inside. Though older, the house was re-insulated in 1994, making it suitable for year-round occupation. It's cosily furnished in classic Danish summer house style, with friendly décor, light wooden walls and ceilings, and beautiful wooden flooring in the welcoming living area - perfect for spending quality holiday time together. On cooler days, the crackling wood-burning stove provides comfortable warmth while the westerly winds rustle through the dune grass outside.

Holmsland Klit - adventures between fjord and sea

This non-smoking holiday home sits directly on Ringkøbing Fjord on the beautiful Holmsland Klit, the narrow peninsula between sea and fjord. The North Sea beach is also easily accessible on foot, just 0.6 miles (1,000 metres) away.

The vibrant fishing town of Hvide Sande is just a stone's throw away. Here you'll find interesting shops and excellent restaurants, plus the opportunity to buy fresh fish straight from the boats. The morning fish auction is particularly exciting for early risers, though buying directly from the fishing boats has its own special charm.
