There is a sauna (charged according to use). Cable TV, air conditioning and a fireplace are available.

The apartment is surrounded by an 870m² enclosed garden with a lawn, flowers and bushes. The enormous outdoor pool area is unique, measuring 10 x 4.5 metres with a whirlpool. Children can enjoy a slide, swing and sandpit. There is also a terrace with garden furniture and a grll. The outdoor area is for shared use.

The whole house was fully newly renovated in March 2012. It is accessed along a side street.
