The holiday home is located on the Saalhügel in Goldlauter-Heidersbach with a view of the glider airfield in heavenly tranquillity. In the middle of a green meadow.

Outside there is a partially covered terrace facing south and a garden terrace. The terraces are equipped with garden furniture, garden loungers and a barbecue. The property (2 cottages) with a size of 1,600 m² is fenced and therefore also suitable for children and dogs. (Please note that our two cottages are located on the fenced property).

The property has one floor with two rooms and an outside toilet and can be reached via a meadow (approx. 80m), then with 4 steps (see floor plan in the photos). The holiday home is approx. 35 m² in size and consists of the following rooms: A living room with fully equipped new kitchenette. The kitchenette across the corner contains the following: Cooker, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and much more. In this room there is a modern dining table that seats at least five people and a stereo radio. The adjoining bedroom is furnished with a double bed and wardrobe. There is also a flat screen satellite TV in this room. The modern, high-quality bathroom is equipped with a shower, WC and washbasin. The new outside WC has a washbasin, WC and washing machine. The holiday home is fully equipped with tiled floors.

If that's not enough, you can explore the Rennsteiggarten at the Rondell, the high moor, the toboggan and bobsleigh run in Oberhof, the hunting weapons museum or the vehicle museum in Suhl or the Ringberg Hotel with its fantastic views within a radius of 10 kilometres.

The holiday home is located on the Saalhügel in Goldlauter-Heidersbach with a view of the glider airfield in heavenly tranquillity. The most famous high-altitude hiking trail in Germany - the Rennsteig - is about 7 kilometres away. Goldlauter-Heidersbach is easy to reach (see geography), but is nevertheless hidden in the forest. This is why the village was largely spared from wars, because it simply could not be found. From here, you can go on extensive hikes of any calibre. You are cordially invited to explore the scenic surroundings of the main massif of the Thuringian Forest. For hiking enthusiasts there is the hiking booklet "Hikes around Goldlauter-Heidersbach". Goldlauter-Heidersbach has much more to offer: the ski stadium, the ski lift on the Salzberg (over 1000 metres long), the gliding airfield, the swimming pool in Heidersbach (Waldbad), where you can also play volleyball or giant chess, extensive meadow valleys with trout ponds and many well-signposted hiking trails.
