Thuringia is always worth a visit, whether in summer or winter. Enjoy your holiday in a quiet, idyllic and sunny location on the outskirts of Schmalkalden. The holiday home offers space for 4 people + a baby cot and has just been renovated. It is lovingly furnished and offers everything your heart desires.
The facilities include satellite TV, radio, fully equipped kitchen, shower/WC, living room and bedroom, extra bedroom, hallway, car park, barbecue area with garden furniture, pets on request! A very nice barbecue area with garden furniture can also be used. The barbecue fireplace is also well suited to end the day with a cosy campfire and a nice glass of wine in the evening. The free provision of bed linen, towels, internet, baby cot, parking and the shared use of the garden barbecue and the terrace are a matter of course.
As the holiday home is located directly at the end of the paved road, it is ideal for a nice walk or to take the dog for a walk.
Plenty of information material about the sights in and around Schmalkalden is available. The holiday home is beautifully situated in the countryside and is the perfect starting point for excursions in and around Schmalkalden. you will receive the key on arrival at house no. 7 next door.
The outdoor swimming pool can be reached on foot in just a few minutes. The winter sports resort of Oberhof is probably the best known in Thuringia. It actually offers the complete winter sports programme for everyone, from bobsleighing, biathlon, ski jumping and cross-country skiing (also all year round in the largest indoor ski hall in Europe). Many visitors who have been to this idyllic area of Schmalkalden are drawn back again and again. There are numerous and above all attractive excursion destinations in and around Schmalkalden, so that one week is not enough to see everything. An absolute must is the town of Eisenach and especially Wartburg Castle. If you want to get to know Thuringia, then you've come to the right place! Important note ! There is only one bedroom with 2 single beds. 2 further sleeping possibilities offer in the parlour a very comfortable pull-out couch 2.00 m x 1.80 m lying surface. On request 1 baby cot (free of charge) can be added.
