Sunshine Cloud:On two floors, a total of 185m², a popular place for a feel-good holiday has been created and offers space for up to 6 people.
Entrance area. After parking in two reserved parking spaces in the underground car park, we can take the lift to the 2nd floor and enter the Sunshine Cloud. As we open the front door, the view of the sea is already waiting for us.
In the entrance, the cloakroom offers plenty of space to store clothes as well as a storage room and the guest WC.
Living room. On the large sofa area, you and your family can enjoy exciting thrillers or a funny comedy in the evening with a view of the Loewe flat screen TV. The fireplace rounds off the whole thing and creates a warm and cosy atmosphere.
The terrace with sea view is accessible from the living room and is furnished with a table and 4 chairs as well as a lounger.
Kitchen with dining table. The large, fully equipped kitchen area with sea view is located on the upper floor. Starting with the large fridge, freezer, 4-ring induction hob, Miele coffee machine and much more that the kitchen heart desires. The dining table offers space for eight people to enjoy breakfast or dinner with a view of the Baltic Sea.
Ground floor. In the lower area is the feel-good area with three bedrooms with three bathrooms en suite, an infrared cabin and the sauna with private access to the outdoor pool.
All three bedrooms are equipped with designer box-spring beds for a restful night's sleep, a flat-screen TV and wardrobes.
The entire flat is equipped with underfloor heating. The Sonos multi-room system is installed in all bedrooms and the living room and offers an optimal sound and music experience.

Villa Claire is situated in the most exclusive location, right next to the Sellin pier in the first row.
