The quietly situated large holiday flat is located at the entrance to the wildly romantic Wellertal in the beautiful Fichtelgebirge. The flat offers 100m2 of living space.
A balcony one floor below is available for shared use. There is also a garden seating area and on request we can also provide a fire bowl and/or barbecue (firewood can be purchased from us for a contribution towards expenses).
A beautiful bathroom with rain shower, modern, high-quality kitchen and a living room with wood-burning stove for romantic evenings. As a special highlight, a hot tub (hot tub heated with wood, bubble system and underwater lighting) can be booked in addition (if desired, please enquire about availability before booking).
The flat is located in the attic. The roof has been heavily insulated so that you don't have to worry about cooking up there in summer and freezing in winter :). Two horses and chickens live on the farm. There is a recreation room in the barn with darts, table football and table tennis. For children we also have a tree house and two mountain go-karts.
