The exclusively furnished 108m² maisonette apartment on two floors offers everything you need for a special holiday. All the rooms have floor to ceiling windows offering ample daylight, as well as an antiallergenic and family-friendly interior and access to the terrace, balcony or loggia. The ground floor has a generous living and dining room with a high-quality open kitchen equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, extractor fan, dishwasher, fridge with a freezer compartment and all accessories. The table provides ample space for all guests. The living room features a fireplace. The flickering fire invites you to relax after an enjoyable day at the beach. There is also a modern shower room on the ground floor with a sauna – recommended for relaxing well-being after long walks on the beach. The living room opens onto the big fully-furnished terrace facing the yacht harbour. Open stairs lead to the upper floor. The two bedrooms each have a balcony and are furnished with comfortable box spring beds. There is a fifth bed that can also be used as a sitting corner for chilling out during the sunset, as well as a desk. The same floor has a fully fitted modern bathroom with a shower and bath. You can find a washing machine and dryer in a separate storage room. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house and a flatscreen TV, radio and Internet are provided.

The apartment is surrounded by the Baltic Sea, inland lake and yacht harbour. It is just 200 metres to the leisure pier, the kilometres of fine sandy Baltic Sea beach and the adjoining Graswarder nature reserve. It is just a few steps from the five-star yacht harbour, the fishing harbour or the town centre of Heiligenhafen, with a colourful mix of attractive shops, restaurants and cafes.
