Celebrations and gatherings in the interior are basically in the a mindful framework is possible. We expect a responsible and respectful treatment of the house and the neighborhood. Excessive behavior and excessive alcohol consumption are not allowed.

However, the outdoor area serves as a wellness and spa area. It is possible to relax and have a chat there, have a wine and that the Children play there. However, there is no music outside and no party-like behavior is allowed.
