We would like to welcome you to our comfortable non-smoking holiday home "to Hus" - located in the first row, directly on the Breetzer Bodden in the north-west of the island of Rügen.
The house has two outdoor terraces with furniture and a sunbathing lawn.
The non-smoking holiday home with high-quality furnishings, wood-burning stove, central heating, 2 terraces with seating, electric barbecue and garden with lawn is located directly on the Breetzer Bodden (20 m) in the north-west of the island of Rügen and has a car parking space at the house.
Vieregge, the small, dreamy harbour village with a marina, is located in the north-west, the most scenic part of the island of Rügen. Nestled in the nature reserve on the Breetzer Bodden. Here you will find peace and quiet and can recover from the stress of everyday life with extensive hikes or bicycle tours. It is also possible to hire a boat directly from the marina (driving licence free) for boat trips across the Breetzer Bodden and even as far as Breege - the Breetzer Bodden is a very good area for anglers.
Shopping facilities (small corner shop) and restaurants can be found in Neuenkirchen, 4 km away, or in Gingst approx. 12 km - alternatively in the district town of Bergen on Rügen approx. 20 km. The island of Hiddensee can be reached by excursion boat from Schaprode (13 km away). The district town of Bergen is approx. 20 km away, the sub-centre of Gingst only approx. 15 km. The best way to reach the beautiful island of Hiddensee is by boat, otherwise it is approx. 15 minutes by car from Vieregge to the Schaprode ferry.
After receipt of the final payment you will receive the arrival documents - in these the additional costs still to be paid are deposited.
The additional costs must be transferred to the landlord before arrival. The deposit is used to settle the additional costs for electricity and water, the remaining amount will be transferred back to the specified account within 14 - 21 working days after departure.
