Welcome to our completely renovated holiday flat in Dortmund, located very close to the BVB stadium Signal Iduna and the Westfalenpark!

This unique accommodation has been designed with great attention to detail. The beds and kitchen were handmade from old pallets, creating a rustic and cosy charm. Each board has been refurbished by hand, so no new materials have been used. As you can see in the pictures, the bathroom has also been completely remodelled with small refined lighting details. Enjoy your stay in this special holiday flat and discover Dortmund in a unique ambience!

Why do I convert flats into holiday flats? As a passionate fitter and floor layer, I have visited numerous flats over the years during our installation assignments. We often stayed in these accommodations and realised that many of them did not meet the standards we wanted for a pleasant overnight stay. The lack of cleanliness, the uncomfortable furnishings and sometimes even unsafe surroundings often frightened us and made our stay unpleasant.
These experiences inspired me to change something. That's why I set out to create holiday flats here in Dortmund with passion and dedication that make guests feel at home. I want to create a place where guests feel welcome as soon as they open the door. Every detail should be carefully thought through to make their stay as cosy and pleasant as possible. Through my work as a fitter and floor layer, I have the necessary craftsmanship and creativity to transform the flats into inviting holiday accommodation. I am passionate about providing guests with an unforgettable stay and exceeding their expectations. I look forward to sharing our own vision of lovingly designed holiday flats.
