The beautiful Schmachter See right on your doorstep and right in the centre of Binz! The Seebrise holiday flat has been renovated and individually and lovingly furnished.
Enjoy the marvellous view of the Schmachter See and the Park of the Senses in the high-quality furnished holiday flat Seebrise! Take a walk along the newly created lakeside promenade or use the free hire bikes for short cycle tours through the beautiful countryside!
The south-facing terrace offers sunshine from 10am and a fantastic view of the lake and the surrounding area. In the evening, you can marvel at the beautiful sunsets from the terrace with a glass of wine.

The light-flooded living room has a cosy velvet sofa and a box-spring bed (180 x 200 cm) for a restful night's sleep. It has a 43-inch LED TV with rotating and swivelling wall mount, cable TV, digital radio and free WiFi.
You have a beautiful view of Lake Schmachter from the entire living area.
Adjacent to the living area is a very well-equipped kitchenette with dining area (dishwasher, large fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, additional Nespresso Vertuo machine with milk frother + Alessi press filter, toaster, kettle, hand mixer, high-quality porcelain, complete coffee service etc. are available). You will also find a walk-in wardrobe in the flat. There is also an ironing board and iron, a clothes horse and a hoover for you to use.
The flat also has a beautiful and large shower room with hairdryer and make-up mirror. On the south-facing terrace there are high-quality, adjustable rattan armchairs with footrest, a sun lounger and a table (all from the Ploß brand).
Details: The Seebrise holiday flat is ideal for 2 people. An extra bed for a third person (aged six and over) can be added on the pull-out couch by prior arrangement (for an extra charge). The price includes all utilities (heating, water and electricity), two rental bicycles and the car park (Zentralparkplatz Binz, Proraer Chaussee 5). The flat is also ideal for longer stays with a bicycle parking space at the house and a lockable shed as well as a free car parking space nearby.
There is a sauna in the house, which can be used for a fee.

Location: The Seebrise holiday flat is in a prime location, in the first row on Schmachter See and centrally located in Binz, in the immediate vicinity of the pedestrian zone. The beautiful, fine sandy beach is also just a 5-minute walk away. This stretches for kilometres and makes Binz an absolute bathing paradise for young and old. Binz's spa architecture shines in all its splendour here. The pier, the spa square and the centre with its many cosy street cafés, restaurants and shops are just a few metres away from your holiday flat. The train station is also just a few minutes away (approx. 600 metres).
