The approx. 85m2 semi-detached house is located on a residential street, not far from Seestrasse.
The ground floor offers a 35m2 living room with an integrated kitchen and a wood-burning stove, a bathroom with shower and a storage room. In the kitchen you will find - apart from the basic equipment - a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a microwave, a toaster and an oven. The upper floor consists of two bedrooms and a guest WC. One of the bedrooms is furnished with a double bed (two mattresses 90x200cm), the other bedroom with 2 separate beds (90x200cm). External blinds are fitted to all windows in the house. You can use a washing machine and tumble dryer across the street for doing your laundry (for a fee). WLAN is available. Please note that there is ONE car parking space per house, which is not suitable for pickups or additional trailers
The terrace is on the west side, where you can sit comfortably. Each half of the house has a seating area for private use, but these are not completely fenced in.
Please note: Dogs must be kept on a lead and are not allowed off the lead. Please note - unfortunately we cannot accommodate fighting dogs.
Arrival day is usually Saturday.
