The newly built house with a spacious holiday flat for up to 6 people is located in a traffic-calmed private street. The central location to the south beach promenade, the historic town centre and the harbour make the accommodation particularly attractive. The separate entrance to the holiday flat guarantees you the privacy you desire. The keys are handed over on site! Arrival from 2 pm! Departure until 10 am!
The holiday flat offers a spacious living room with a cosy dining area and a fully equipped kitchenette as well as three comfortable bedrooms and a modern shower room. The private bedrooms and the bathroom are located on the upper floor, which also includes the spacious living area with integrated kitchen. Bicycle hire! Bed linen information: Pillows 80 x 80 cm. Duvets 135 x 200 cm. Double bed, mattresses 2 x 80 x 200 cm. Single bed, mattresses 2 x 90 x 200 cm.
We are happy to put our garden at your disposal so that you can use it as you wish. Not only garden furniture, but also a barbecue are at your disposal. In addition, we have reserved a car park for you directly in front of the house and created storage facilities for bicycles, surfboards and the like so that you can store them safely.
We are happy to offer you a cot and high chair for your baby. There are also storage facilities available, for example for bicycles or surfboards. The playground is in the immediate vicinity, only about 50 metres away. If you are planning a horse riding excursion, the riding stables are just 500 metres away.
