WE WISH YOU A GOOD HOLIDAY!In the immediate vicinity of the Golf- und Landclub Ahaus e.V., the country-style holiday flat is the ideal starting point for playing the golf course with its 4*9-hole course. The golf course can be reached on foot in just 10 minutes. Some holes are even directly opposite our holiday flat. Wonderful cycle tours can also be started from here. For example, via the Flamingo Route or the 100 Castles Route. Many junction routes can also be reached directly, and the Dutch border region is also very beautiful. Hikes can be experienced close to the border through the Zwillbrocker Venn nature reserve (guided tours to the flamingos possible), the Witte Venn (grazing of highland cattle) and the Dutch Buurser or Haaksbergener Vennen.Our village of Alstätte is well equipped with everyday necessities (grocery stores, bakeries, butchers, pharmacy, bicycle shop, banks). There are also various restaurants and cafés in the village centre and on the outskirts.The towns of Ahaus and Gronau or Enschede, Haaksbergen and Winterswijk in the Netherlands with their weekly markets, museums, cafés/restaurants and "shopping miles" are also worth a visitAfter eventful tours and excursions you can enjoy the bright and friendly furnished holiday flat.

The flat has a size of 95 square metres and offers space for 5 people. On the ground floor there is the kitchen, the living/dining room and a bedroom with a double bed and the bathroom. Upstairs is the second bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. The south-facing terrace is furnished with a seating area, loungers and parasol. There are two car parking spaces in front of the house. One with direct access to the terrace. We kindly ask you to leave your pets with friends during your holiday

When booking with 2 persons, one bedroom is available on the ground floor. On request, the second bedroom on the 1st floor can be used for an additional charge.
