Perfect house for a large gathering and for those who seek peace and quiet in beautiful surroundings near a lake and forest.

The house is not far from Gekås Shopping in Ullared. There are nice hiking trails nearby, and during the season, there are plenty of chanterelles and blueberries in the surrounding forests.  

The house is spacious and newly renovated, located in beautiful Karl-Gustav, about 800 meters the lovely Lake Mäsen, where you can go swimming. During the summer, a boat is included in the rental. Fishing licenses can be purchased in town. Please ask the homeowner if you are interested.  

The large house consists of 2 apartments. There are a total of 5 bedrooms accommodating up to 15 people. There are 2 kitchens (the kitchen on the ground floor has a dishwasher), 2 bathrooms (one in each apartment). There is a TV lounge in the groundfloor as well as a living room on the upper floor. A washing machine is located in the basement.  

In the large garden, you can barbecue on the charcoal grill and enjoy the beautiful nature. It is possible to rent a wood-fired sauna by the lake with its own boat dock. Please contact the homeowner if you are interested, and you can get information about pricing, etc. A maximum of 6 people is allowed in the sauna at the same time.  

If you want to go shopping, visiting the Gekås shopping center in Ullared, about 20 km from the house, is an experience. Varberg is 36 km away, and the nearest grocery store is 12 km away.  

The barn and outbuilding are private.  

Guests are expected to leave the house clean and tidy, meaning in the same condition as when you arrived. If you wish to pay for a final cleaning, it costs SEK 2,000. If you are interested in purchasing a final cleaning, please contact the homeowner. Bed linen and towels can be rented for SEK 150/person. Please also contact the homeowner to make further arrangements.
