The house is close to the sea and with the holiday home as a starting point you have just 40 km to Gothenburg to the south - and 26 km to Marstrand to the northwest. Here you live only approx. 500 meters from the sea. In the season there are really good swimming opportunities close to the holiday home for both children and adults, and in the other months of the year this is a fine area for both walking and hiking, fishing trips and excursions.

The holiday home is approx. 80 m2 and it is constantly renovated. The bathroom was recently renovated (2018) with shower, toilet and washing machine. There are two bedrooms. In the master bedroom there is a double bed and in the smaller bedroom a bunk bed with two beds
