The house has room for up to 11 guests. This lovely holiday home with 3 floors is fantastically located in super popular Kullavik close to Gothenburg. The house has a large gym, so you can exercise during your holiday – or maybe even improve it. Free electricity and free internet.

In this spacious, there is room for the large family or maybe two families who would like to spend a holiday together. Access to charger to an electric car for a fee.

From the entrance hall downstairs, you enter a spacious hall. Here is a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with shower and access to a laundry room. Here is also the gym with many different exercise equipment, a ping pong table and a cozy TV corner with a comfortable sofa.

Above the stairs on the next floor is the open kitchen as well as a large and bright living room with two dining areas and comfortable furniture. The kitchen is modern and well equipped.

Here are two bedrooms - a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and a bedroom with two single beds. Tiled bathroom with a shower and bathtub. Here you will also find the exit to the nice backyard of the plot. The terrace is partly covered and there is plenty of space in the garden for family activities and barbecue evenings.

On the second floor there is there is a large and bright living room furnished with a TV and sofa. There is a music section with various instruments. The owner does not mind you using them - under adult supervision.

The bedroom here has a double bed and a bathroom with shower. Modern TVs with Chromecast and HDMI. There is also access to the entire range of Viasat, as well as a DVD player.

There are also sleeping places for 3 people in sofa beds in the house, but please note that these places are only suitable for smaller children.
