Welcome to Lerkil by the sea, about 15 minutes from Kungsbacka and 30 minutes' drive from Gothenburg.

The accommodation consists of 2 houses on the same plot, ideal for 2 families or multi-generational holidays. The main house has an entrance with underfloor heating, a bathroom with a washing machine and underfloor heating, and a well-equipped kitchen.

There is broadband with WiFi, Apple TV, a cot and highchair, and underfloor heating in the entrance and bathroom. The main house has two bedrooms: one with 2 single beds and another with a narrow double bed (about 140 cm). The living room features a large sofa and a dining table.

Outside the living room, there's a large terrace (about 30 m2) for dining and relaxing. The ground floor has a bathroom and a sauna, which are partially newly renovated.

Note the fire escape to the entrance, making the main house difficult for wheelchair access.

The guest house has a small bedroom with a bunk bed suitable for a child, another bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a living room, and a kitchenette with 2 hotplates.

Youth groups seeking a party environment are requested to find another location. This house is in a quiet area, and guests are expected to respect the tranquility.

Prices for 2024 are introductory and set low as the house has never been rented before. This year will serve as a test for future rentals, so book now for a good deal!

It is 800 meters to Lerkil’s beach and Korshamn’s cliffside swimming area. Gothenburg, Sweden’s second-largest city, is friendly and welcoming. Kungsbacka is charming, and Varberg is a cultural gem. Shoppers can visit Gekås shopping center, an hour's drive away.
