Welcome to a gem with a wonderful lake view - not far from the big city of Gothenburg! Free electricity and internet and free access to use a rowboat. (Paddleboard can be rented). You can bring two pets with you on holiday.

The house is on 3 floors:
Lower ground floor: Bedroom with a double bed (w: 180 cm). Small living room with sofa bed with room for 2 people and a nice lake view. On the same floor there is a modern vacuum toilet / sink and access to a smaller terrace.

Middle floor:
Here you will find the large, cozy kitchen with access to a wonderful balcony. The kitchen is a fully equipped Dining area for 8-10 people. There are 2 tiled bathrooms with shower, sink and toilet. Washer/dryer and ironing board and iron.

Upper floor:
On this floor there is 1 room facing the deciduous forest with 3 beds (w: 90 cm) and 1 room facing the lake with a double bed (w: 180 cm). On this floor there is also a toilet and sink. There are central vacuum cleaner outlets on all floors.

Between the house and the water there is a small private road, which is used by the owner's two neighbors, who live 2-300 meters from the house.

Rowing boat and life jackets are included in the lease. If you would rather swim in salt water, it is about 20 km to the sea.

For birdwatchers, there are good opportunities to see many different species on and by the lake: kestrels, guillemots, ducks, swans, barn owls, buzzards, eiders, herons, and at certain times of the year you wake up to the chirping of small birds.

There are several golf courses nearby (within 11-25 km): Forsgårdens GK, Myra GK, Sjögärdets GK, Kungsbacka GK. The closest, cozy town is Kungsbacka with several restaurants, Kungsmässan shopping center and Freeport Outlet. Other sights not to be missed include Tjolöholms slott, Äskults by (from the 1700s).
