Welcome to our cosy holiday home: A dignified and personally furnished 2 1/2 room flat awaits you directly below the former Hotel Quadratscha. This exquisite holiday flat is situated in a quiet, sunny location with breathtaking panoramic views of Muottas Muragl, Bernina and Corvatsch. In the immediate vicinity you will find the railway station, bus stop, cross-country ski trail and shopping facilities - a combination that offers everything for those seeking relaxation and those looking for adventure.
The interior leaves nothing to be desired: Enjoy the high standard of finish, which includes fine flagstone and parquet flooring, complete with underfloor heating throughout. The pine wood used in the kitchen and built-in cupboards creates a cosy atmosphere. The modern kitchen is well equipped with a fridge including freezer compartment, ceramic hob (induction), oven and versatile kitchen appliances such as a coffee machine (Nespresso, filter, Moka Express), hand blender, toaster and kettle, complemented by a fondue and raclette rechaud. A high-quality bathroom with bath/shower and double washbasin completes the comfortable interior.
Outside, you can use the underground car park free of charge, which is particularly convenient. In addition, a large ski and bike room offers plenty of space to store your sports equipment safely and conveniently.
