From the originally built group house, we now rent one of the freshly renovated apartments with south-facing views and a view of the Allalin (4,027 m above sea level). In 3 minutes on foot, you can reach the Hohsaas valley station as well as the tennis courts, the pump track and one of the small playgrounds in Saas Grund. Also, the bus stop is just a few meters away. Shopping facilities like Coop and Denner, as well as the post office and Raiffeisenbank (with ATM), are reachable on foot in just a few minutes.
The apartment has two bedrooms, a living room with kitchen and dining area, as well as a shower room with toilet. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed (two mattresses), a clothing rack with bar and a small workspace. The second bedroom contains a bunk bed (90 × 200 cm), a sink, a wardrobe and also a small workspace. Upon request, we can gladly prepare the apartment for families with young children. In the living area, you have access to a fully equipped kitchen. Children's high chairs can be added if needed. Additionally, there is a sofa and a TV, which can also be used for Netflix with your own account. From the living area, there is direct access to the south-facing balcony to enjoy the sun and the view.
Additionally, there are costs for the tourist tax and Saastalcard per person/night: Summer tourist tax (01.06. - 31.10.): CHF 7.- for adults per day, CHF 3.50 for children (6 - 15.99 years). Winter tourist tax (01.11. - 31.05.): CHF 4.50 for adults per day, CHF 2.25 for children (6 - 15.99 years). Free upon request: crib, high chair, children's dishes, ironing board and iron (subject to availability), washing machine and dryer are located in the same building and can be used for an extra charge. Included in the price are a parking space, Wi-Fi and bed linen.
