The total area of the biosphere is 394 square kilometres and hardly any other region has so many natural treasures in such a small area as the "Wild West of Lucerne".The 4-room flat is in a two-family house facing south with a large lawn. Quiet with a wonderful panoramic view, centrally located, 2 minutes walk to the indoor swimming pool, 5 minutes walk to the village centre, ideal starting point for skiing or winter walks.
