The modern finca with private swimming pool and air conditioning is located south of the village of Sa Pobla in the north of the island, not far from the beautiful beaches of the bays of Pollenca and Alcudia.

With around 200 m² of living space, the villa offers a living room with satellite TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and dining table, 3 bedrooms (2x double bed, 1x single bed) and 2 bathrooms on the ground floor and therefore enough space for up to 6 guests. The amenities also include WiFi internet, central air conditioning, a washing machine, a dryer and a baby bed and high chair.

In the outdoor area there is the swimming pool with 11 meters in diameter and 0.90m - 1.50m depth with stairs, a wonderful garden with many palm trees, open and covered terraces with seating, a brick barbecue and a playground for the little ones among us also a table tennis table. Parking spaces are available on the property.
