Beach-house with amazing terrace next to the ocean

Within 5 minutes from the everyday hustle and bustle you are in BocaCangrejo hidden behind a mountainside. A lovely little fishing village where everyone knows each other and where mass tourism does not exist. The house has a unique location right by the sea with a truly fantastic roof terrace where you can sunbathe and enjoy the panoramic view over the Atlantic Ocean. You might even spot whales and dolphins from here if you are lucky.

Going down some stairs you can swim in a small cove that has natural pools formed by the sea tide.

You enter the house in the beautiful kitchen/Livingroom. This room has two large sliding windows of almost 3 meters. From here you have the same magnificent view of the sea as on the roof terrace, this gives you the feeling of being outdoors while you are inside. The kitchen is very spacious and well equipped with all modern conveniences. You dispose of a dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob with 4 burners, microwave and a large fridge-freezer. You have access to a DolceGusto coffee machine and the kitchen is equipped with pepper, salt, oil, vinegar and spices. Also, there are pots, pans, crockery, cutlery and everything you need. The salon is furnished with a round dining table with 4 chairs, a sofa bed for 2 persons and a smart TV with an international satellite connection. The property has an internet connection via fibreoptic so that you have a fast connection. The living room also has a separate toilet where you can also find the washing machine (9 kg). The property is designed open-plan which means that there are no doors between the different rooms (with the exception of the bathrooms). Going down the stairs you get to the bedroom which has an en-suite bathroom with shower, toilet and double sink. Furthermore you will find a spacious double bed and a build in wardrobe. On the top floor is the very spacious terrace with an outdoor kitchen with sink, a large dining table with chairs and a sitting are next to the window.

Just 10 minutes from Santa Cruz the charming fishing village of Boca Cangrejo can be found located on a beautiful hillside. Due to its protected location and its micro-climate you can enjoy a great climate throughout the whole year. Designed for those who seek exclusive tourism and being far from mass tourism. It is an ideal place for walking, diving or canoeing. Furthermore due to its excellent location, it is a perfect starting point to discover the island of Tenerife. Worth to mention is that Boca Cangrejo is a very good destination for lovers of scuba diving with several diving schools at only 10 minutes and a whole a paradise to discover bellow the sea. Occasionally you can see dolphins and whales swimming in the sea.

Because to get to the house, you have to go down some stairs the house is not suitable for people with mobility difficulties. Bedlinen, pillows, towels, beach towels, dishcloths, a welcome package etc. are provided so you only need to unpack your suitcase and enjoy this beautiful home.
