Villa Barraca is a beautiful villa located very close to Puerto de Pollensa and with fantastic views of the Sierra de Tramontana.

The attractive outdoor area has a private pool and a built-in barbecue, as well as a large covered terrace. The construction barbecue is located on one side of the pool and has a large table and benches, as well as a seating area to relax. In addition, the beach of Puerto Pollensa is very close to the villa so you can choose between a quiet meal at home or the wide gastronomic offer in Puerto de Pollensa.

The entrance of Villa Barraca, through the electric gate, takes us to the parking area, with space to park 2 vehicles. Access to the main door is through the covered terrace and from there you access the living-dining room. The living room has ample space for the whole family, with comfortable seating around the fireplace (for decorative use only) and a flat-screen TV. There is also a dining table and chairs to one side of the room, and direct access to the covered terrace and pool area. The beamed ceilings and wrought iron window accents give this room a nice rustic touch. The kitchen is located adjacent to the living room and has plenty of storage space and a small breakfast bar, perfect for enjoying a hot croissant in the morning. The rooms at Villa Barraca are tastefully decorated with a traditional touch. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms: one double and the other double. There is another bedroom, also a double, on the upper floor, which is particularly spacious and is accessed via a staircase that leads directly to the bedroom. From here, you will also have access to a large private terrace overlooking the pool area and the wonderful views of the Bóquer Valley. There are also 2 separate bathrooms, both located on the ground floor. All three bedrooms are air-conditioned / heated, which, in line with local energy saving initiatives, is scheduled for use from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM and 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM.
