Colonya Jaume is a traditional Mallorcan stone house for rent with mountain views in the north of Mallorca, approximately 2 km from the old town of Pollensa, has a wide variety of beaches within a 15-minute drive and is also located less than 1 km from the Pollensa golf course. .

The single storey house has ceramic tiled floors and is simply furnished in a rustic style. From the entrance hall you can access all the rooms. On one side of the house, there is a large paved area leading to the garden where you will find the porch with covered barbecue and a bar with stools. An ideal family area where you can relax with a glass of wine, enjoy an evening meal or play table tennis.
