This holiday villa is located in the town of Maspalomas, an exclusive residential area on the southern coast of Gran Canaria, a perfect location for a relaxing beach holiday with friends or family and for exploring the island.
Fully equipped and airconditioned villa with 3 bedrooms.
The house counts on two floors and a basement, the fully air conditioned villa offers a generous living-/dining area, a separate kitchen, three bedrooms, three bathrooms, one guest WC and a garage. The ground floor hosts the bright and airy living area with marble tile flooring which is furnished with large modern cream leather sofas, a coffee table and a flat screen smart TV. You will find a large glass table with six matching chairs at the outside terrace area. The fully fitted kitchen is complete with dishwasher, Ceran cooktop, oven, fridge and freezer compartment, microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster and an additional dining area with a round glass table and chairs. The ground floor also offers a guest toilet and a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. A staircase leads up to the first floor featuring the three bedrooms, all with wooden flooring, and the two marble tiled bright bathrooms, one equipped with a bathtub and shower device,the other , two wash basins, a large wall mirror and toilet. One of the bathrooms is en-suite inside the master bedroom which is furnished with a 160 cm x 180 cm double bed and has access to the sunny balcony. The second bathroom is shared by the other two bedrooms, each furnished with two 90 cm x 180 cm single beds and with large windows overlooking the five star Lopesan Villa del Conde Resort. Another staircase leads from the ground floor to the basement offering the third full bathroom and a garage where you can securely park your car during your stay. or play a table tennis. Large glass doors open up the living room to the terrace.. Here you can sit and relax next to the 8m x 4m private swimming pool. Sun loungers are also available.

The villa is only 800 m away from the sandy beach and it is not without reason that Maspalomas is known as the best beach of Gran Canaria. With springtime temperatures all year round, here you can chill out and enjoy the sand dunes. The Dunas de Maspalomas nature reserve is only a walking distance away and the Meloneras 18-hole golf course in seafront location is only 2km away. The nearest shops, a pharmacy, hospital, bus station, bars, restaurants and a spa are only approximately 500m away from your holiday villa.
