The country house El Tajil is situated on the stream of Morales, only 50 metres from a small waterfall, in the municipality of Montefrio, three kilometres from the village of Algarinejo. Within an hour's drive you can reach the cities of Antequera (El Torcal), Malaga with its beautiful beaches, Granada (Alhambra) and Cordoba (Mosque).
Outside there is enough space for up to four cars. Under a veranda there is a swing for the children and a ping pong table. The swimming pool (4m x 5m) with sunshades and four sun loungers is a special highlight. Not to forget the terrace and the barbecue. Directly behind the house there is a cave (50m²). The owner plans to install a jacuzzi there in the future.
The house consists of two floors and has a living area of approximately 140 m². On the ground floor is the living/dining room with a fireplace, two sofas, satellite TV and a table with eight chairs. Next to it is the fully equipped kitchen with storage room, washing machine, oven with ceramic hob, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. Next to the dining room there is a bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet. One of the bedrooms with double bed (150 cm x 190 cm), wardrobe and heating is also on the same floor. A staircase leads from the dining room to the first floor. There is a small terrace overlooking the pool. From this terrace, an outside staircase leads to the pool and barbecue area.
On the first floor there is a small games room with darts, Play Station 3, card games and also a sofa bed (corner sofa). Next to it there is a bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed (1,05 m x 1,90 m) and a wardrobe. On the opposite side of this floor is the second bedroom with a French bed (1,50 m x 1,90 m), TV, DVD and a large wardrobe. An extra bed or a cot can be added to this room. Both bedrooms have air conditioning. Between the two bedrooms is the bathroom with shower, WC, washbasin and hairdryer.
The village of Algarinejo with some shops is within walking distance. There is also a doctor and a larger supermarket here. Just follow the stream into the village. Enjoy the tranquillity of this area and discover the heart of Andalusia with its many attractions.
In the grounds there is a small wooden house where children can play undisturbed. From May to September, the owner also plants tomatoes, aubergines, cucumbers and much more. Two bicycles can be rented, as well as a travel cot.
