Marta is a beautiful villa located in a quiet residential area in Cala D'Or. The beaches of Cala Esmeralda and Cala Gran are only a few 100 metres away and can be reached on foot in 5 minutes, the centre of Cala D'Or is about a 10-minute walk away.

Marta is a two-storey, tastefully furnished holiday home. Parquet flooring and high-quality furnishings invite you to feel at home. The spacious living room with a great sofa area flows into the dining area. Right next to it is the kitchen, which offers every convenience. There is direct access to the pool terrace from the living room. On the ground floor there is also a bedroom with 2 single beds and a walk-in wardrobe, with a bathroom right next to it. The master bedroom with walk-in wardrobe and en suite bathroom can also be found here. French doors lead from there to the pool terrace. Upstairs in the main house there are a further 2 bedrooms, each with 2 single beds. The larger of these has a terrace with views over the pool area. A large bathroom is available for these two bedrooms. From the outside area, a staircase leads to the tower room with double bed and en-suite shower.

The kidney-shaped pool is surrounded by a beautiful sun terrace with plenty of space for sun loungers. The outdoor area is enclosed by hedges and offers privacy. For culinary delights, there is a brick barbecue with a dining table. In the front area there are beautiful green areas for romping around and playing.
