This holiday home is located on a large plot above the well-known sandy bay of Cala Sanau and is surrounded by old pine and olive trees. Cala D'Or, with its many restaurants, shops and other tourist attractions, is only 3.5 km away. The beach is just 500 metres away.

Finca Rotes is a traditionally furnished holiday home. All rooms are on one level. Cosy living room with adjoining attractively furnished dining area, which can be used for more than just communal meals. The large, well-equipped kitchen leads out onto the covered terrace. There are also 2 bedrooms with single beds, which share a bathroom, and a double bedroom with a double bed, which has a modern bathroom.

The house was completely renovated over the winter months of 2023 to 2024.

On the covered terrace there is a lovely dining area with a barbecue area with stone oven and sink, which invites you to share meals and cosy get-togethers. On one side of the house, a staircase leads up to a spacious roof terrace, perfect for sunbathing. The kidney-shaped pool (8 m x 5 m, min. depth 1.20 m, max. depth 2.15 m) offers refreshment at any time and on the surrounding sun terrace with loungers, you can then relax and escape from everyday life.

The price includes bed linen, towels for use in the house, tea towels, final cleaning and all additional costs (electricity, water, gas).

A first high chair and a first cot (60 x 120 cm) can be provided free of charge.
From 2024 air conditioning in the bedrooms with fixed and limited usage time.
