House on three floors, recently rehabilitated, maintains the original finishes, although with modern furniture, which gives it the atmosphere of traditional Beira-Mar houses from the 1950s, with the comfort of current houses. Located in the historic center, it accommodates eight people, served by five bedrooms and two renovated bathrooms. The living room is spacious, with a large sofa. One of the single rooms is indoors. It has a workstation (table and chair, internet access and PC socket)

The ground floor was the floor that received the most work, currently consisting of a comfortable living room, a modern kitchen and a small, beautiful bathroom.
The living room is the area where guests can watch any of the world's television channels - sports, films or series -, dine by the window and, in winter, enjoy the heating produced by a gas heater.
The kitchen is equipped with a hob with 4 gas burners, mini-fridge, electric kettle, blender, toaster, coffee machine, as well as all the utensils necessary for preparing and serving meals, such as a kitchen set, crockery, glasses and cutlery. A small side table allows you to have quick meals here.
The bathroom, fully renovated, is equipped with a shower cabin and can be used as an alternative to the bathroom on the 1st floor.
The decor is simple and functional, and the large and comfortable sofa can be used as a bed.
The First Floor
The first floor is the one that maintains much of the original “personality” of the house, with the original wooden floor, the typical wooden doors and the shuttered windows.
The master bedroom is spacious and bright. Equipped with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers, this room is designed to accommodate two people, who will find an area of comfort and isolation here.
The secondary bedroom is equipped with a single bed, intended to accommodate one person, who will find the quietest area of the house here. It is lit from a skylight, which gives it the genuine atmosphere of this type of house.
This floor also has a single interior bedroom.
The bathroom, maintaining its original design and old wooden flooring, was entirely rehabilitated, featuring a new shower cabin, as well as modern bathroom fixtures.
The Upper Floor
The highest area of the house was built at a later stage than the rest of the house, meaning it has a less traditional, although comfortable, configuration. This floor does not have a bathroom.
The main bedroom on the upper floor is equipped with a double bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe. It has a raised window, from which you can observe the entire architectural configuration of the historic center of Aveiro.
The secondary bedroom on the upper floor has two windows, which gives it great light. This room accommodates two people and is equipped with two single beds.
The decoration of the Upper Floor is spartan, reflecting the desire to maintain this area as a refuge from the hustle and bustle of the historic center, making it a space of rest and tranquility.
