Further sports facilities nearby, including swimming, snorkelling, fishing, paragliding carting, windsurfing, etc. The village of Atalaia is within walking distance and has all utilities, modest shopping and dining facilities, ATM. Lourinha three km away has some supermarkets, a fresh market, several shops and restaurants, banks, museums, etc. The villa is in an agricultural and horticultural area with associated poultry. Eight km from the house, since March 2018, there is the largest open-air Dinosaur park in Europe, ideal for an unusual and unique outing.

Free wireless internet and a washing machine are available. The swimming pool can be heated. In the mid-season, outdoor temperatures can fluctuate greatly. If the outside temperature drops too low at night or during the day, e.g. below 13°C, we cannot guarantee that the water temperature can be heated to a comfortable swimming temperature.
