In the green heart and centrally located in the Netherlands, you will find this detached holiday home on a farm in Polsbroek. The holiday home has a private entrance, in the rural and quiet area the Green Heart of the Netherlands. Polsbroek is centrally located and close to historic towns such as Lopik, Schoonhoven, Oudewater, IJsselstein, Haastrecht and the cities of Utrecht, Rotterdam, Amsterdam and The Hague. Polsbroek is located in the southwest of the province of Utrecht and is municipality of Lopik. Offering views of polder areas and an organic standard orchard, the holiday home is suitable for nature lovers and business people.

On the property you will find an organic orchard and a rose garden, a terrace and free parking for 5 cars. The terrace has garden furniture, a parasol and two deck chairs. Similarly, you will find a table for 10 people and a table for 4 people.

This is a detached holiday home of about 100 m², suitable for up to six people, with its own entrance and lots of privacy. The river Lek forms the southern border, both of the municipality and the province. Lopik borders the municipalities of Schoonhoven, Oudewater, Vlist, Montfoort and IJsselstein. Within the municipal boundaries is a series of farms, some with denser built-up areas over several kilometres in length. The landscape consists predominantly of polder landscape with extensive pastures. The floodplains near the Lek dike form part of the river landscape. The landscape consists of many pieces of forest, orchards, clog paths and church paths. The area is ideally suited to walkers, cyclists and anyone who enjoys nature and tranquillity. In winter, there is plenty of opportunity for skating. Polsbroek is centrally located in the Netherlands.
