The two-storey holiday house has been completely renovated and newly furnished. It has central heating and provides 130m² of living space for ten people. The first bedroom is on the ground floor and is furnished with a double bed (180 x 200cm). It has direct access to a bathroom with a toilet and shower. The other three bedrooms are on the first floor. Two of them each have a double bed (180 x 200cm) and a single bed (90 x 200cm), the other has two single beds (90 x 200cm). There is a second bathroom with a bath on the first floor. The ground floor also has an additional WC. The spacious living room on the ground floor, like the bedrooms, has modern and well-presented furnishing, with a cosy sitting area with a big corner sofa and armchairs, as well as a fully-equipped kitchen with a dining space in front with a corner bench and chairs for ten people.

Garden furniture and a grill are available for guests. There is a boot mooring by the garden. From the terrace you can enjoy a view of the nature reserve and Ijsselmeer. The location of the house is perfect for children, as there is a football and badminton ground nearby, or also other sports. Children can go swimming, fishing or boating behind the house.

The sauna in the house invites you to relax at the end of an exciting day. The house has a pedalo and four bicycles available for use free of charge.

The house lies by the open channel to Ijsselmeer. You can go on boat trips on Ijsselmeer from your own boot jetty or just cruise around the park e.g. with a dinghy. The sandy and surfing beach with a boulevard is just a couple of hundred metres away through the park.
