This house is located in the Frisian village of Oostmahorn in the National Park Lauwersmeer near the Wadden Sea. This detached house is located in the park "de Schans" in quiet natural surroundings hidden behind the old sea dyke.

Ground area is 330 m² with a terrace with barbecue facing south.

On the ground floor is the living room, one bedroom with two single beds and television, kitchen and bathroom (2015) with toilet. The living/dining room has a cosy seating area with two sofas and a dining table with six chairs. TV, radio and DVD are available. The kitchen (2015) is fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge, 4-burner gas cooker, combi oven, etc. Upstairs are two bedrooms, each with a sink with hot and cold water and built-in wardrobes. One bedroom has a double bed with adjustable base, the other has two single beds. High chair, playpen and cot are provided. All windows have exterior shutters and interior blinds and/or slats that insulate the house in summer and winter. The entire house is heated by central heating.

Oostmahorn has a marina, 2 restaurants and is the departure point by boat to Lauwersoog and the island of Schiermonnikoog. By bike or car, you can visit Pieterburen at the seal crèche, or Dokkum, Leeuwarden and/or Groningen. In the vicinity is a range of water sports opportunities available, fishing - swimming - surfing - sailing possible at 500 m., sunbathing area with swimming facilities - tour boats to explore the Wadden Sea or the Lauwersmeer, a sailing surf school is available.

No smoking in the holiday flat. Young people without supervision are not allowed. Different length of stay and arrival/departure in consultation.
