Spacious, two-floor apartment located in Punta, quiet, residential area of Umag. The accomodation is situated approx 200m from the sea and 1 km from the town centre.The following description is a first draft, which is still awaiting revision. The apartment is 102 m2 in size + terrace of 9 m2 and a garden, sleeps 6-8 people and has 3 star rating.

It consists of a living room with acces to terrace and garden, kitchen with dining area, one bedroom with one single bed and one double bed, second bedroom with three beds, and two bathrooms. In the living room there is a couch and armchair, which can be turned into beds.
