Feriehus My Summer House - Feriehus med 2 soverom, privat basseng og terrasse - (ST)

Bolig:
Holiday Home My Summer House ligger på øya Brac, en rolig øy med rik kulturell og historisk arv, vakre strender og natur, kun 17 km fra Split. My Summer House er et perfekt lite tilfluktssted for familier eller en liten gruppe mennesker som liker å nyte fred og ro. Dette feriehuset har en møblert terrasse og et stort svømmebasseng med solsenger, med utsikt over havet. Grillutstyr er også til gjestenes disposisjon. Bagasjeoppbevaring er mulig før innsjekking og etter utsjekking, slik at du kan utforske stedet litt mer før avreise. Kjæledyr er tillatt med varsel med en ekstra avgift på 5 euro per kjæledyr, pr. dag. Dette feriehuset med to soverom med terrasse og svømmebasseng består av stue, fullt utstyrt kjøkken med spiseplass og eget bad med dusj. På innsiden har leiligheten gratis Wi-Fi og klimaanlegg. Begge soverommene har king-size-senger og garderobeskap, mens i stuen er det en sofa som enkelt kan gjøres om til seng for to. Kjøkkenet er fullt utstyrt med komfyr, stekeovn, vannkoker, brødrister, mikrobølgeovn, kjøleskap, kaffemaskin, oppvaskmaskin og spiseplass. Utenfor huset er det et stort svømmebasseng med solsenger, med utsikt over havet. Terrassen er innredet med utemøbler, hvor gjestene kan spise lunsj eller middag. Grillutstyr er også til gjestenes disposisjon. Dette feriehuset med 2 soverom kan komfortabelt huse opptil 6 personer. Markedet finner du innen 1 km, mens nærmeste restaurant ligger kun 300 meter fra huset. Hvis du bestemmer deg for å endre bassenget mot havet, er den nærmeste stranden 1,5 km fra eiendommen. Andre fasiliteter som turistinformasjon, ambulanse, apotek, postkontor og bank er mindre enn 2,5 km unna. Fergehavnen Supertar ligger 2,4 km fra eiendommen, mens Brac lufthavn ligger 24 km unna.

You get nice views from this house without being crowded by tourists. Everything worked well and the location makes it easy to explore more of Brač Island.

Dieses Ferienhaus auf der Insel Brač liegt gut in der Nähe von schönen Stränden und lokalen Restaurants. Ich konnte meinen Laptop bequem im Wohnzimmer einrichten und während meiner Pausen am Pool relaxen. Das WiFi funktionierte ebenfalls hervorragend!

Ich würde My Summer House für Budgetreisende empfehlen. Die Atmosphäre war angenehm, und ich habe es genossen, am Pool zu entspannen. Die Küche war komplett ausgestattet, was das Kochen nach unseren Erkundungstouren erleichterte. Am meisten haben wir jedoch die Terrasse mit Blick aufs Wasser geschätzt, sie war der perfekte Ort zum Entspannen und Genießen der frischen Luft.

My Summer House var en underbar tillflykt! Den privata poolen var perfekt för att slappa under solen, och havsutsikten från terrassen var hisnande, Köket hade allt vi behövde, vilket gjorde det enkelt att laga mat och njuta av familjemiddagar, Vi älskade det lugna läget, vilket gjorde att vi kunde koppla av efter att ha utforskat de närliggande stränderna, Rekommenderar verkligen Vela Luka Beach, bara en kort promenad bort!

Det här stället var precis vad vi behövde för en lugn flykt! Allt var rent, och inredningen kändes hemtrevlig, Värdarna var mycket välkomnande och lyhörda, Vi njöt särskilt av att besöka Olivoljemuseet och de närliggande stränderna, Även om vi hade några problem med Wi-Fi-anslutningen, tog det inte bort från vår totala upplevelse, En trevlig plats att koppla av och koppla av med naturen!

Unsere absolute Traumvilla auf einer wunderschönen Insel!Der Ausblick von der Terrasse mit eigenem, großen Pool ist der Hammer! Man sieht die Stadt Supetar, die Meeresbucht und sogar die gegenüberliegende Landseite mit Split, Besonders schön ist der Ausblick nachts und auf den Sonnenuntergang, Das Haus besteht aus 2 Teilen, Das größere der 2 Bäder und ein 2, großes Wohnzimmer mit Küchenzeile und Grill sind in einem kleineren Gebäude ausgelagert, An Komfort und Ausstattung haben wir absolut nichts vermisst (Backofen, Mikrowelle, 2 unterschiedliche Kaffeemaschinen, Grill, Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Kamin, 4 Poolliegen mit Auflagen, Sonnenschirm, natürlich überdachte Terrasse mit Weinreben, Das Grundstück liegt etwas abseits und erhöht über der Stadt, ist aber mit dem Auto gut erreichbar, Es ist riesig und voll von wunderschönen Olivenbäumen, Wer tierlieb ist, wird es schätzen, dass es hier ein paar streunende Katzen gibt, die zu Besuch kommen, aber nicht aufdringlich sind, Eine Katzenmama hat uns sogar so viel Vertrauen geschenkt, dass sie uns nach ein paar Tagen stolz ihre 3 Kitten präsentiert hat, Bitte spendiert ihnen ein paar Dosen Katzenfutter, denn in 10 Autominuten Entfernung gibt es 3 große Supermäkte, Auch die Insel ist wirklich zu empfehlen, denn sie ist landschaftlich wunderschön,

Vi hadde et komfortabelt opphold i dette feriehuset, Det var romslig nok for vår familie på fem, med to koselige soverom og et velutstyrt kjøkken, Bassengområdet var et flott sted for barna å leke mens vi nøt en grillfest om kveldene, Det ligger også praktisk til nær noen restauranter og et marked, noe som gjorde shopping enkelt, Alt i alt, et flott sted for en familieferie!

Vi elskede vores tid på My Summer House! Udsigten fra terrassen var fantastisk, især ved solnedgang, Grillfaciliteterne var en dejlig detalje, og vi havde en fantastisk tid med at grille middag, mens vi nød havbrisen, Vil helt sikkert vende tilbage!

Vi hade en fantastisk tid på My Summer House, De två sovrummen var rymliga och bekväma, perfekta för oss och barnen, Jag älskade att köket var fullt utrustat, vi lagade några trevliga måltider tillsammans, Den privata poolen var en höjdpunkt, vi tillbringade timmar med att bara slappa vid den, Den enda nackdelen var att WiFi var lite långsamt, men ärligt talat brydde vi oss inte så mycket eftersom vi var där för att koppla av, Stranden var inte heller långt borta, bara en kort bilresa, Skulle definitivt komma tillbaka!

We stayed in this wonderful house for 12 nights with 4 people, The inside of the house is very nice furnished and lovely, We cooked almost every day and even though the kitchen is a little small it is very well equipped and we didn't miss anything, The bed rooms are very nice and welcoming, The outside area is definitely the best :) the pool is just awesome, It is really nice and super clean, The host came by every 2-3 day to clean it, They were super Friendly never bothered us at all and always checked with us when the should be at the house, There is a lot room around Including a Little Lounge area made out of Wood and additionally some relaxing places and a huge sun umbrella, We really enjoyed hanging out outside, There is also a grill available for barbecue which worked fine for us, The house is located a little bit outside of the city in a really quiet area, There are 2 more houses close by, The street to reach the house is a little bit hard to find at the beginning but the hosts supported us very well, It takes ard 20 minutes to walk to center city and it is just down hill :) by car it takes 10 minutes to bigger supermarkets like Lidl or tommy, For us this spot worked really well since we wanted to be by ourselves and just relaxing! But as I said it is just a short walk to the city and there you have everything like restaurants, beaches and lots more activityies, The host Nera and her husband were awesome, Communication worked really well, everything was prepared perfect and we could always reach out to them if we needed anything, They are very helpful and friendly people, For us this was a great holiday and we would definitely come back! I can just wholeheartedly recommend this house and the owners, It was great :)

We stayed in this wonderful house for 12 nights with 4 people, The inside of the house is very nice furnished and lovely, We cooked almost every day and even though the kitchen is a little small it is very well equipped and we didn't miss anything, The bed rooms are very nice and welcoming, The outside area is definitely the best :) the pool is just awesome, It is really nice and super clean, The host came by every 2-3 day to clean it, They were super Friendly never bothered us at all and always checked with us when the should be at the house, There is a lot room around Including a Little Lounge area made out of Wood and additionally some relaxing places and a huge sun umbrella, We really enjoyed hanging out outside, There is also a grill available for barbecue which worked fine for us, The house is located a little bit outside of the city in a really quiet area, There are 2 more houses close by, The street to reach the house is a little bit hard to find at the beginning but the hosts supported us very well, It takes ard 20 minutes to walk to center city and it is just down hill :) by car it takes 10 minutes to bigger supermarkets like Lidl or tommy, For us this spot worked really well since we wanted to be by ourselves and just relaxing! But as I said it is just a short walk to the city and there you have everything like restaurants, beaches and lots more activityies, The host Nera and her husband were awesome, Communication worked really well, everything was prepared perfect and we could always reach out to them if we needed anything, They are very helpful and friendly people, For us this was a great holiday and we would definitely come back! I can just wholeheartedly recommend this house and the owners, It was great :)

The house is simply beautiful, even more beautiful than on the pictures, It is surrounded with numerous olive trees in a very quite environment so you can feel how the real Dalmatia looks like, The owners are very friendly and helpful, Everything was as described or even better, I would highly recommend this property,
