Green flat Villa del Golfo, located on the west coast of Istria, just over the border with Slovenia. It is located in the village of Crveni Vrh, not far from Savudrija and close to Umag. Villa del Golfo consists of 4 residential units (on a maximum of two floors), in which different types of holiday flats are located. There are many facilities nearby which can be used for a fee. There is a large outdoor swimming pool with pool bar, various restaurants, tennis courts, a modern sports centre, playground and of course the Adriatic golf course. You can also use the wellness facilities in the spa of the Kempinski Hotel Adriatic for a fee. A small shop with groceries is located about 100 metres on the right-hand side, in the direction of the Kempinski Hotel. Various sights such as the Brijuni National Park on the south-west coast of Istria is an island area with a great variety of plants and animals. Visit Rovinj, one of the most romantic places in the Mediterranean. Many activities and events are organised. Plan your next boat trip to the many islands where, with good weather and a little luck, you may see dolphins. Pula, the largest city on the Istrian peninsula. The tourist town is known for its many Roman buildings. The amphitheatre is probably the most famous building in Pula. The national policy is aimed at minimising social contact and ensuring (hand) hygiene. For this reason, facilities such as entertainment, kids' clubs, swimming pools, wellness areas and restaurants are expected to be closed in all holiday parks until 1 June and may remain closed after 1 June. As soon as the authorities give the green light, the facilities will reopen. To cool off, you can either jump into the nearby sea or the hotel's own pool. This flat is located on the ground floor with direct access to the garden. Large living-dining area with kitchen that has everything you need to prepare meals. The air conditioning cools it even at high temperatures. From there you enter a bedroom with two separate beds. To the left is the bathroom with window. To the right is the cloakroom and the second large bedroom with a double bed. There are several car parking spaces in front of the house. Directly opposite is an 18-hole golf course and the opportunity to play tennis on several courts.
