Villa Barmel II is located in the small village of Vintijan, near Pula.

It takes 5 minutes by car to reach the beach "Pješcana Uvala".

The good location of villa Barmel II offers various activities and attractions for tourists.
The center of Pula is only 3.9 km from the accommodation. In the center, you can visit the famous Roman amphitheater "Arena" and enjoy various summer events.

You can visit the Croatian National Park Brijuni by boat from Fažana. There you can see untouched nature and experience various activities such as safari trips, golf, and relaxing on crystal clear beaches.

The pool is located on the same level as the first floor of the house and can be reached from the living room.
