Comfortable holiday apartment in a newly built (2009) apartment building, with a private sea view balcony
These new apartments are located in the small picturesque village of Dobropoljana on the sunny Croatian island of Pašman. This island is the ideal holiday destination for guest seeking a quiet place to rest and relax away from mass tourism.
The apartment is 60m3 located on the ground floor, it has air-conditioning and internet access. It consists of 2 bedrooms with double beds comfortably accommodating 4 people, a bathroom with shower and toilet. Living room and kitchen in one leading onto the balcony with a beautifull sea view. The kitchen is equipped with a 4 ring hobs, fridge with freezer compartment and electric kettle.
The apartment is situated in the quiet part of the village with only a few houses nearby and a parking place on site. The beach is only 40 m away, there is a grocery store, restaurant and 2 beach bars within walking distance about 600 m away. Dobropoljana is 13 km from the car ferry port of Tkon (Tkon-Biograd ferry line) and 17 km from Preko car ferry port (Preko- Zadar ferry line).
The apartment is surrounded by meadows and olive groves. Hiking trails lead to the highest point of the island (Bokolje 272 m high). From up here you can see the Kornati National Park and the main land of Croatia. The island offers fabulous swimming beaches surrounded by virtually pristine nature.
