This modern holiday house is literally just a few steps from the blue sea by the sunny south-west coast of the Croatian island Pasman. It has just one neighbouring house and enjoys a perfect location for a relaxing seaside holiday in absolute privacy, truly far away from tourist noise.Detached, recently built (2009) holiday house in a romantic Robinson Crusoe location with its own boat jetty and a panoramic sea view from the large terrace with a traditional stone grill
You can make yourselves comfortable on the roofed terrace right in front of the house with a wooden table and benches and enjoy the panoramic sea view over the blue Adriatic. Down in the extensive garden charmingly planted with olive trees, Mediterranean bushes and herbs there is a traditional stone grill, inviting you to enjoy leisurely evenings outdoors. There is a convenient outdoor shower and a private pool.
The holiday house was newly built just recently in 2009 and has modern amenities, including its own electricity supply from 1000 W solar panels on the roof. The living space of 80m² comprises an open living and dining room with an integrated, fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a daylight bathroom. The living room provides a comfortable sofa, a wall-mounted flatscreen TV with satellite channels and a wooden dining table with six chairs. The built-in kitchen next to it is equipped with a four-zone electric hob, an oven, a large fridge with a freezer compartment and plenty of crockery and cutlery. The two bedrooms are each furnished with a double bed (160 x 200cm) and the sofa in the living room can be converted into a third double bed. The bathroom with cream-coloured tiles is fitted with a shower cubicle, a wide washbasin with a cupboard underneath and a wall mirror, and a toilet. Plenty of bed linen and towels are provided.
It is about 20 metres to the sea, with a metal ladder right by the private boat jetty providing convenient access to the crystal clear water. The nearest locality is the fishing village of Banj about 2km away, with all everyday holiday amenities: shops, cafés and restaurants.
The house is accessed along a gravel track about 1 km long, so you will need a car. Our dog is also welcome on request.
