This detached holiday home is located in the immediate vicinity of the beach, in a quiet location on a residential street with little traffic in the picturesque fishing village of Novigrad - Dalmatia in the district of Crnopalj.
The 51 m² ground floor flat can accommodate up to four people. Children from 3 years are welcome. It is a studio (sleeping, living and dining area are one room). There are high-quality and comfortable sofa beds for two people. (with slatted frame and mattress)
The bathroom consists of 2 separate rooms. One room is equipped with a shower and washbasin and the other room has a separate WC with washbasin.
The flat is equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV, DVD player, radio, WLAN Internet, coffee machine and many other extras such as hairdryer, iron, towels (in both bathrooms), bed linen, shower gel.
Outside, you can enjoy breakfast or dinner together on your own furnished terrace.
A barbecue is also available for you and all guests of the house.
The centrepiece of the property is of course the 30 m² swimming pool, which invites you to take a dip in the cool water. The pool area is equipped with an outdoor shower. The garden and the new lounge area can be used by all guests.
