This spacious holiday house is your perfect holiday home for a relaxing and quiet stay, whether it is for families or friends who would like to spend their holiday together. The house is in the little village of Bribir, ten kilometres from the nearest sandy beach and two larger towns. The surroundings are beautiful, with abundant greenery and a lovely mountain and sea view. There are only few houses nearby, so you can enjoy absolute privacy.
The extensive outdoor area offers spaces to relax and a unique view of the mountains and the sea. There is a big, roofed grill area with an outdoor kitchen and a wood-burning stove, where you can prepare meat and fish dishes. Twelve to fourteen people can sit at the big table, for grilling and enjoying a sociable drink on summer nights. Of course there is also a pool, where guests of all ages can have fun and cool off on hot days. There are plenty of parking spaces on site.
The cosy and comfortably furnished house provides 200m² of living space and can accommodate eight people. All the rooms have air conditioning with a cooling and heating function, as well as central heating. The house has three bedrooms each with a double bed (160 x 200cm), as well as extra bed (120 x 200cm), comfortable and ensuring a good night’s sleep. The modern and fully fitted shower rooms ensure a good start to the day. The dining room is furnished with a big, rustic dining table with space for everyone. The lovely old sofa in the room is an attractive eye-catcher and invites you to sit and relax. The kitchen next to it is fully-equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine, fridge and dishwasher and the spacious living room has a variety of seating and a handmade wooden bar with matching stools and decorative lamps, an ideal gathering place to end the day together.
The village centre about a ten-minute walk from the house has shops, supermarkets, a bakery and a small, but good pizzeria. There are larger shops, restaurants and fish markets a ten-minute drive away. You can go on leisurely walks in the forest right behind the ho0use. Cycle tours are also a good way to explore the area. It is a ten-minute drive to the lovely rocky beach in Novi Vinodolski. The beaches in Crikvenica are also just ten minutes away. The Kacjak beach in Dramalj is also to be recommended, as it is not too overcrowded and you can always find a quiet spot. The two nearby towns offer nightlife in summer and many restaurants where you can enjoy typical Croatian cuisine.
A child’s bed can be provided free of charge. One pet is allowed at no additional cost, while any additional pets are subject to agreement and incur a fee. The site is fenced on two sides and enclosed by a wall on the other two sides, but nevertheless it is advisable to keep an eye on dogs or keep them on the leash, to ensure they cannot run out.
