The fabulous villa is right behind the old town of Makarska on a hill. From there you can enjoy a breathtaking 180° view of the town Makarska, the islands Hvar and Brac, and in good visibility even Split. It is the perfect place to enjoy peace and quieton holiday. You access the site along little road that is rarely used.

The living room and kitchen open onto the sheltered terrace that also has a dining table. There is another holiday villa on site. The two houses are right next to each other, but are independent with their own entrance and garden. In the outdoor area you can find a private heated pool, a roofed terrace with a grill, a herb garden, loungers and parasols. You can enjoy a breathtaking 180° view.

The villa has five separate bedrooms each with an ensuite bathroom. The bedrooms are furnished with a big double bed, so 10 people can be accommodated. The living space totals around 340m². The ground floor consists of a spacious living room with an open kitchen and a dining table for up to 10 people. There is also a little WC and a utility room with a washing machine. The first bedroom and bathroom are on the ground floor. The first floor comprises three bedrooms and bathrooms, and a wonderful sunny terrace. There is another bedroom with a little balcony on the second floor/attic.

To the rear of the villa there is the Biokovo mountain rising up to 1762 metres. You can follow a hiking trail straight from the house leading high up onto the mountain, or set out on a mountain bike trail.

All the furniture was made specially for the villa by local carpenters nearby. The choice of materials and the fair trade policy are a priority for us. Bed linen, towels, bath and pool towels are provided. All the textiles in the house consist of organic cotton or wool, produced by a renowned German company. It is important to us that you enjoy a good night’s sleep. The villa is supplied largely by solar energy.
