This apartment has a private balcony with seating. You can relax here after a day on the beach, enjoy the view of the sea and admire the evening sunsets. There are parking spaces on a public car park and a private car park, which you can use upon agreement with the owner of that parking. Both parking areas are on the opposite side of the street.

The 36m² apartment was renovated in 2014 and is suitable for two people. It consists of a living room, a bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom. The living room provides a flatscreen TV and two sofas.
