A guest toilet is also on the ground floor.The first floor is dedicated to the sleepinq quarters, making it easy to divide each and every one of the guest`s quiet zones. Each of the 4 bedrooms features an en-suite bathroom, individually controlled A/C and a TV. Two of the bedrooms have queen sized beds, and 2 of them have king sized beds. In one of the bedrooms there is a convertible sofa bed that can comfortably fit 2 more guests, making this house ideal for a maximum of 10 guests.The outdoors are carefully designed to incorporate many activities. The extra large swimming pool is breathtaking, and the illusion of a hanging pool terrace further enhances the experience and the visage of the Villa. There is a fully covered terrace right next to the pool, featuring barbecue facilities, a large wooden dining table and a TV, where you can spend many evenings in loving company of family and friends, while the kids are amused by the playground next to it.The Villa offers individually controled A/C, SAT TV, Netflix streaming service, free parking on the fully enclosed property.
