Immersed in the countryside of the Scicli area, Casa a Scicli is an old rural house dating back to the 19th century that has been completely renovated respecting the local landscape.
The villa is only 5km from the baroque beauty of Scicli and a few minutes from the beautiful beaches of Sampieri, an ancient fishing village.

The villa has a large garden, infinity pool, private parking, internal patio with relaxation area, indoor and outdoor dining area, a large living room with fireplace, 4K home cinema with MySky, fully equipped kitchen, communal bathroom and laundry area. The entire facility is equipped with 10Mbit internet with Wi-Fi, 3G cellular coverage and centralised air conditioning. The 4 double rooms are spread over two floors and are complete with linen and courtesy set. On the lower floor we find the first two, both with smart TV, desk, walk-in wardrobe, armchair/sofa bed and private bathroom with waterfall shower.
On the upper floor are the other two, both with smart TV, coat rack, and private bathroom with waterfall shower. One of the two also offers a relaxation area with a bathtub, while the other has a large sofa bed.
Note: electricity is included in the price up to a consumption of kWh 400 per week. beyond this limit, it will be charged.

Outside, there is a very large garden with trees and plants typical of this area (olive trees, carob trees, etc.) and a beautiful large portion dedicated to aromas. The pool area is surrounded by white stone and is fully equipped with sun loungers, parasols, tables and chairs. It is completed by a large private car park where up to 8 cars can be parked.
On arrival, you are required to pay the Tourist Tax, required by the Municipality of Scicli, excluding children under 12 years of age.

The wonderful baroque Scicli is about 5 km away. Sampieri, with its fantastic golden beaches is about 4 km away.
